There are moments when life surprises us with a vibration so pure
it lingers long after the sound has faded.
Recently, I joined a circle led by Brian Muka, who is known as the Freedom Sherpa. For nine minutes, he offered a sacred sound meditation that felt less like sound and more like resonance - as if the air itself was humming with invitation.
When it was my turn to receive a reading, Brian looked at me with a smile and said, “450 - high for a newcomer.”
I hadn’t tried to make anything happen. I hadn’t been striving or searching. I simply chose to be open, to release expectations, and to receive.
That moment reminded me: receptivity is its own frequency. It’s not about control or achievement, but about surrender — the willingness to allow God’s presence, life’s energy, and the unseen currents of love to flow through us.
I don’t always reach that frequency. But I know now that it exists within me, and that awareness alone is a gift.
May we all pause, breathe, and choose openness more often. There’s a resonance waiting for us when we do.
