Sometimes life surprises us with unexpected blessings

- moments that bring excitement, possibility, and a sense of flow.

And sometimes, right after that joy, doubt sneaks in.

Questions arise. Fear whispers. The heart feels unsettled.

That happened to me recently. I was filled with gratitude for what had arrived,

yet when the quiet of night surrounded me, my mind began racing with “what ifs.”

Thankfully, Steve gently reminded me: “You must trust in God.”

With those words, my heart softened. Peace returned, and sleep followed easily.

and read this line from Chapter 15, The Gift of Doubt:

“There is only the need for acceptance of what is.

At these times (of doubt) you must turn inwards,

to what connects you with the vibration of Unconditional Love.”

Those words met me exactly where I was.

The doubt wasn’t about circumstances outside of me.

It was an invitation to return inward - to choose trust,

to love myself enough to rest in God’s presence,

and to allow coherence to be restored.
